When the Pandemic first hit, like many people, I fell into a state of binge drinking, unhealthy eating, and experienced immense sadness. After my Grandmother passed away in May of 2020, I was inspired to begin making small changes to my lifestyle. In nine months, I ended up going through a major health transformation, ultimately losing about 55 pounds. Beyond weight loss, I gained so much more. I learned I could do anything I set my mind to.

 

In December of 2022, I left my home in Denver of 10.5 years after getting divorced and started a nomadic journey. Venturing out on my own was one of the biggest leaps of faith I've taken, and I have learned so much. My goals have consistently been to live in the NOW as much as I can, appreciate the joy and beauty that surrounds us everywhere, and to find eudaimonic happiness every day.

This led me to re-discovering my spirituality and in summer of 2024 I became a Certified Spiritual Coach. I am so excited to bring together several of my passions to help you reach your goals, such as reaching higher levels of consciousness, self-realization, and most importantly holistic well-being.
